Chief Guest Speaker At Nc State University

It was such a great moment of honor and privilege to be a Chief Guest Speaker at NORTH CAROLINA STATE UNIVERSITY, USA for the Staff Senators who serve as the representative for the staff at the University. I had an opportunity to emphasize on the completion of 75 years of UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS.

As a Human Right Consultant and an Educationalist, I was particularly excited about the prospect of sharing my insights and experiences with the bright minds gathered.
It was a great experience for me to have delivered the speech on Human Rights to Education and how at Global Academy Of Excellence we operate the Educational Research Projects for the rural community students and educators in India.

About a decade back in 2012, when me and Avinash landed in US ,I was an engineering graduate and working for a Multinational software company. At one point when we had to retrieve ourselves from the usual self-centric life and paused to address one of the World’s pivotal issue – to provide quality education especially to the marginalized community students and this helped us to establish Global academy Of excellence, of course at the cost of losing my 6 figurative salary but we took it up with great mission.
Our mission statement is to provide 21st century Learning Skills, Life skills & Literacy skills in par with International standards to the Rural Community Educators & Students, Free of Cost.Yes you heard it right , it was free of cost. And we formulated the inclusive,equitable and high quality education proposed by The UNESCO Education 2030 SDG – Sustainable Development Goal agenda in 2015. Our services are extended not only to the Government Schools & Government aided schools but also to the HIV affected children,children at rehabilitation centers,open house shelters,orphanages and NGO’s.
I take up this opportunity to proudly say that Through Global Academy of excellence , we have trained the Educational Government Officials, Principals,Headmasters,DIET lecturers and professors, Government and Government aided school teachers and NGO rural educators.
The vast experience and knowledge gathered while Mentoring the 5 different District Institute Of Education & Training Centers in Tamilnadu , India namely Salem,Tanjore,Krishnagiri and Vellore urged us to propose innovative curriculum methodologies and helped us to collaborate with them to identify the REAL stimulating needs of the children to face this 21st century cor porate world. And we took extra miles to help them know what the global system of education actually demands from them.

It was complete grace and mercy of God by which I was able to stand and deliver among the greatest minds commemorating the 75th year of Universal Declaration of Human Rights !

I take this opportunity to render my heartfelt gratitude to the US Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights . I also want to thank every single educators in my life at Sona college & Cluny Matriculation Higher Secondary School , Salem,Tamilnadu who inspired me to reach the heights of where Iam today !

Thanking the International Co ordinators at Globalacademyofexcellence , the GAOEX Innovative Curriculum Team, GAOEX Student Wing Team and the 50+ Model Governmental Schools & NGOS for the seamless efforts.

In January 2023 , we created a platform for the Educational Research Projects aligning with the actual requirements of our targeted area of Rural Education System especially in India.

Even at the very start of the Educational Research Project or the ERT project , the entire team was eventually prepared to face the rough roads ahead , as the journey we were prepared to travel had no road maps , as we were the pioneers. The greatest challenge the team faced was to convert the International Standard of Educational Aspects to the Rural Educational System without diluting the quality and at the same time making it affordable.

This short presentation served as a strong reminder about the power of Universal declaration of human rights and the incredible potential within each and every one of us to bring about the global change.
