Prashitha Gnana Prakasam, as featured in “The New York Weekly Magazine“, USA as a visionary educationist , is the Founder and CEO of Global Academy of Excellence (GAOEX) and a globally recognized educationist, activist, and human rights consultant. She is a Microsoft Certified Educator , Microsoft Certified Innovative Educator (MCIE), and an advocate for Right to Education in rural communities.

Prashitha has trained principals, headmasters, professors, and government school teachers through the District Institute of Education & Training (DIET) – SCERT, Tamil Nadu, India. She has also been invited as Chief Guest Speaker at North Carolina State University, USA, sharing insights on the 75th Anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
Career & Mission
Starting her career as an IT professional at WIPRO Technologies, India, Prashitha moved to the USA in 2012. Despite a six-figure salary, she left corporate life to dedicate herself to empowering minority and rural communities worldwide through education. She founded GAOEX with the mission to provide free, professional, and digital 21st-century learning skills to rural communities.
With a strong background in engineering and educational psychology, she has trained over 650 trainers across 350+ organizations internationally, applying these insights to improve learning outcomes in rural schools, colleges , rehabilitation centers, and NGOs across India & USA .
